Wine and Cheese Tasting

What more could you wish for than a Sunday afternoon enjoying South Australian wine , cheese and tasty nibbles not to mention the good company.

The morning was not without its drama however, as the cold room fridge failed and a portable cold room was brought in to save the day.  Marilyn and her team dashed in and out of the building to retrieve food and cheese as required.  Barossa Cheese Company and Udder Delights provided more cheese than anticipated, while Phil Manser from Wine Direct arrived mid-morning with boxes of wine that were kindly donated for the occasion.

Adding to the occasion were some great raffle prizes assembled by Kathy and the coveted door prize of pearls kindly donated by Grace’s new business Grace Selected.

A great fund raiser for the club with some 120 persons in attendance.  Thank you to our donors and all who assisted in organising the day.
